Our commitment
Sinjab Academy is committed to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every page on the public marketing site, the learner dashboard, and the lesson player. We check accessibility before each release.
Conformance target
Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Current status: substantially conformant, with the known exceptions listed below.
How we test
We check pages with automated axe scans before each release, and test keyboard-only navigation, screen readers and reduced motion on the main flows: sign-in, checkout and the lesson player.
Known issues
There are currently no known WCAG 2.1 AA violations. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us: the report itself counts as a known issue from the moment you flag it.
Compatible assistive technologies
We test with VoiceOver on macOS Safari and with browser zoom on the main flows. If something does not work with the assistive technology you use, please tell us.
Give feedback
If you find a page that is hard to use or impossible to use with assistive technology, get in touch via the contact form. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority bug class and aim to acknowledge within two business days.
Formal complaints
If we cannot resolve your concern, you have the right to escalate to the equivalent enforcement body in your jurisdiction (for example, the Equality and Human Rights Commission in the UK).
