Biography
Mohamed A. Abdel Azim is a consultant ophthalmologist at Elein Eye Center in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Abdel Azim's clinical work covers cataract and refractive surgery, including phacoemulsification and LASIK, and uveitis. Dr. Abdel Azim is a co-author of the Egyptian Consensus Guidance for Treatment of Adults with Non-Infectious Uveitis, published in Ocular Immunology and Inflammation in 2025, and of an Egyptian study on the outcomes of inflammatory choroidal neovascularization published in the same journal.
