Noha Lotfi Alfayoumi

Noha Lotfi Alfayoumi is the General Director of the Eye Surgical Hospital and Eye Bank in Damascus, Syria. She studied medicine at Damascus University and holds a certificate of specialisation in ophthalmology and surgery from the Syrian Ministry of Health, as well as the Syrian Board Certificate in Ophthalmology, obtained in 2017. Her subspecialty is glaucoma: she worked as a specialist in the hospital's glaucoma department until 2010 and headed that department from 2010 to 2018. She has spoken at local, regional and international ophthalmology conferences.
