Noha Ossama Salem

Noha Ossama Salem is a Medical Retina and Uveitis Consultant at Al Mashreq Eye Center in Cairo, Egypt, and holds the FRCS (Glasgow). Dr. Salem's clinical work covers medical retina, uveitis and multimodal retinal imaging, including OCT, OCT angiography, fluorescein angiography, fundus autofluorescence, ultrasound and ultrasound biomicroscopy. Dr. Salem is a co-author of the Egyptian consensus guidance on the treatment (2025) and the diagnosis (2026) of adults with non-infectious uveitis, and of studies on the outcome of inflammatory choroidal neovascularization in Egypt and on type 4 macular neovascularization in diabetic retinopathy, as well as a case report of hyperacute outer retinal dysfunction in a child followed with multimodal imaging.
